Meet Ruth (Cherry Pie Picache), Celine (Agot Isidro) and Frida (Mylene Dizon)-three of our five Titas whose lives are about to change. Ruth battles frustrations about her husband Oca's (Jay Manalo) lack of ardor, Celine prepares for her son Santi's (Nelsito Gomez) homecoming, while Frida longs for a fresh start after a bad marriage. Meanwhile, The mysterious fourth Tita, Josa (Lorna Tolentino), runs into trouble with the cops. This moves the Titas to rush to the police station, where they meet Josa's daughter Gabbi (Angelica Panganiban). A shakeup in their lives looms ahead.

Meanwhile, Gabbi receives an unexpected phone call from Josa. Unknown to her, Maya continues to help her missing friend, even if it means breaking the law.
