The software virus sends Eve into a cheerless parallel world, and as Eve can't distinguish between reality and dream, her systems start to shut down. Can Will and the gang save Eve from her Christmas nightmare? And can Abe escape his own nightmare - being 'Santa's little helper', dressed as a Christmas elf?
