This 3rd season of @ Moulmein High brings a new batch of teens to Ms Ooi’s attention. But the scraps they get into, the troubles they face, are still painfully close to the heart. Parental pressure, dating and smoking are but the tip of the iceberg, and it’s up to Ms Ooi to look out for those in need – even though they might appear, and insist, they are fine. This season also features a new principal Ms Gupta and a new teacher, Ms Joanne Choo. Ms Gupta is a workaholic, perfectionist and an overachiever, who wants to make Moulmein High the top secondary school in Singapore.

In Episode 1, Francine returns to Moulmein High after a year at NIE and finds the school changed Mrs Bandara has left and Mr Ngaw is now the acting Principal. Mr Ngaw believes discipline is the basic foundation to a good learning environment and in his zealousness, starts running the school like a military camp. Francine tells Mr Ngaw it is too much but instead of listening, he makes Francine the new Discipline Mistress of Moulmein High. Miss Gupta shows up at the end of this episode.

Filthy rich Darren gives presents and treats to win friends and get them to do his homework for him. He uses his wealth to get what he wants from his classmates - he calls it a symbiotic relationship. All goes well until he is involved in an accident when he drives his father’s car without a license. Thinking he can bribe his way out of the situation, he ends up getting blackmailed.

Audrey, the loner, in the class decides to meet up with her faithful 'boyfriend' from the Internet Chat Room. Francine finds out and is determined to save her. Meanwhile, Derrick gets embroiled in a misunderstanding with Miss Gupta over an email. Fearing he's now going to be a 'condemned teacher' and have all his dreams of becoming Head of Department flung out of the window, he very nearly breaks down.

Imran's grades slip in the school's Continual Assessment. Francine thinks he's spending too much time on his football when actually, he's been juggling between football and dancing, his new CCA and passion. Francine asks him to choose between the 2 as he obviously has problem coping with both. Imran chooses dancing but incurs the wrath of his father, who has always wanted Imran to become a professional footballer. Ms Gupta drives Mr Wong crazy when she demands to see improvement in his performance causing him to contemplate getting an early retirement.

Cherie agrees but the problem is, she doesn’t live in a condo. She lives in a HDB rental flat. It’s 'meet-the-parents' for Chong Jin but he realizes how unprepared he is and chickens out. He’s also suddenly unsure if he's fit to be with Francine.

Mr Ngaw decides to make Kristen Head Prefect because of her exemplary record but he is shocked when she admits to smoking in the school. He decides to monitor her every move in school in a bid to stop her habit but Kristen becomes defiant instead. He meets her father later on and finds out the cause of Kristen’s problem: her father, a retired army colonel, plans every minute of every day out of her. Ms Gupta introduces a new teacher to the staff, Joanne Choo. Joanne’s ambition in life is to be a teacher, get married and have children. She wastes no time giving out wedding invites to everyone. Joanne is also a former student of Moulmein High and has memories of how she was punished by Mr Ngaw then.

Kim Loong, tired of being made fun of and being called a sissy, decides once and for all he has to prove to the rest that he is otherwise. When the boys are challenged to a gang fight, over a ‘staring incident’, Kim Loong decides to go for it, just to prove that he is man once and for all… A man’s gotta do what a man’s gotta do. Meanwhile, Ms Gupta decides to send the staff, including Mr Ngaw, for grooming lessons to improve the image of Moulmein High.

Ayumi is elated when she finds out she’d been selected to play the lead role in the school play, Cinderella. But her joy is shortlived as the selection brings about a near breakup in her relationship with her best friend, Cherie. Joanne Choo introduces her new boyfriend, Alan, to her colleages at Moulmein High. Alan however, turns out to be the guy Francine had a solid crush on during College. And much to Francine’s surprise, she finds out the feelings were in fact mutual. But has the moment passed and been lost?

Nearly everyone today relies on a maid to carry out daily and sometimes menial chores. The same goes with most of the students at Moulmein High. The result - Darren sneaks in his maid into the school camp to help cook and tidy up for him and his friends. Francine finds out and sends the maid home. But old habits die-hard and so they appoint the least vocal classmate, Audrey, to be their 'maid'. This includes leaving it to her to make sure she knows where they're going when they go on a trek through the woods, where they all end up lost. Meanwhile, Mr Ngaw is put in charge of a programme to help bond old and new teachers and to achieve this purpose, he gathers them together to play... musical chairs.

Rana suspects his mother is having affair and finds out instead, that he's adopted. He starts a futile search for his natural parents. Meanwhile, an anonymous person keeps giving Chong Jin mysterious pots of ixora. To his shock and Francine's, he finds the person is a 9-year old girl, Yan Ting, who claims to be his daughter.

The students' plan to start a book rental business for the School Business Fair fails. Encouraged by Francine not to quit but to stay on and make it work, they modify the venture. It takes off with resounding success and they start to make a lot of money. However, it turns out to be a scam and Francine in a fit of rage, sets nearly all the books on fire. Chong Jin takes Yan Ting for a DNA test to confirm if he is in fact the father. Meanwhile, to add chaos to the relationship confusion, Alan shows up upon Francine's invitation to give a speech to her students on the legalities of running a business.

Ms Gupta decides to phase out Literature as part of the school's curriculum much to the students' initial delight and Derrick's horror. The principal's aim is to make sure Moulmein High's ranking, based on students' performance, is among the top schools. The DNA test results are back and it's confirmed that Chong Jin is Yan Ting's father. Chong Jin finally accepts Yan Ting as his daughter while Francine decides to go out with Alan.

It's a special fantasy episode, also the season's finale. The students gripe over a tough exam paper and how unfair the teachers are and start fantasizing about how great a teacher they'd be if the roles were reversed. They also imagine some of the things they would change about school if they were teachers.
