Fellow agent Lewis is on the trail of a man who owes thousands in rent to a former landlord. Mark and Sam also head out with their colleague Vlad to chase down two cases involving rather unusual debtors - international airlines.

Agents Mark and Sam try to recover over £11,000 from a cleaning business that owes money to an ex-employee after an employment tribunal ruled that she had been dismissed unfairly. Vlad is tasked with retrieving a debt of over six grand from a catering and party planning business, and Lewis attends the address of a debtor who has not kept up on repayments on her debt of over £4000.

Agents Mark and Sam have a debt of more than £180,000 to collect from a dentist. He makes an offer to pay off what he owes on a payment plan, but even at two thousand pounds a month it would take him more than seven and a half years. Enforcement agent Lewis is after a payment of a debt for a classic car sold at auction, which the successful bidder wants to return after discovering the costs of repairing it.
