Luc Geens is found dead in the storeroom of his do-it-yourself store. His forehead is pierced with a nail-pistol and next to his body a print of a sport-shoe gets found. Tom Segers is leading the investigation and his new police-partner Fien will feel it. The just graduated inspector doesn't get taken serious and gets not one single chance to prove herself. After a conversation with the victim's girlfriend, Tom is sure that Geens was killed by his son Bart. The boy had a fight with his father about money, and in his house they find the sport-shoe and a nail-pistol. ...
