As Altena recounts the history of the Soldats, the Council itself plots to move against her, and her idea of recreating Noir. Meanwhile, Chloe eagerly awaits as Kirika faces one last trial, hoping that the two of them will indeed prove worthy to become the next incarnation of the true Noir.
